For more than 30 years the Smalley Institute has produced practical resources to help people build better relationships. Founder Gary Smalley is one of the country’s most well known authors and speakers on relationships. He is the author and coauthor of over 60 best-selling, award-winning books along with several popular films and videos, which have sold over 12 million copies. Gary, and his wife Norma, continue to produce and create resources, conduct relationship coaching, research and speak at conferences across the country.

Continuing the legacy of the Smalley Institute, Michael and Amy Smalley have created and authored their own best-selling books and videos. Together they founded the ER4LOVE Center and intensive program for hurting couples. Currently there are eight ER4LOVE Centers in cities across the United States with plans to open more each year.
